High Altitude Baking 101

May 17th 6PM - 9PM $65 per person

In this class, you will learn the science of baking in high altitudes. You will bake three different items and learn adjustments and the science behind each one. This class will be taught by Chef Rebecca who is a professionally trained French Pastry Chef.

High Altitude Baking Intermediate

May 25th 6PM - 9PM $65 per person

In this class, you will use your science knowledge for adjusting recipes for success. We will be learning about cakes and buttercreams, and pie/tart dough.
